What's the mentor time commitment?
Typically 4–8 hours weekly or biweekly, plus light coordination notes.
Do mentors get training and support?
Yes—mentor academy, scenario guides, boundaries/safety coaching, and staff back-up.
I'm a licensed clinician—how do Therapy Partners work?
Join our network: SCS covers participant sessions with approved providers and handles scheduling/billing under our agreements.
I'm a coach (career/finance). What's expected?
Provide structured, evidence-based coaching; coordinate cadence and quick notes so the plan sticks.
I'm an employer. What support do I get?
Candidate referrals, interview guidance, onboarding guardrails, and a direct line to SCS for quick problem-solving.
Can I set boundaries on availability/caseload?
Absolutely. We match to your capacity and revisit as needed.
What about conflicts of interest or dual roles?
We’ll screen for COI, maintain clear roles, and reroute matches if there’s any risk.
